Payment
Cash, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, or Company Checks are accepted. All items are sold as is, unless they come with a warranty. There are no refunds for non-warranted items.
Warranties
All items that are electrical, gas, or propane are warranted. 30-day 100% money-back warranties on all items that belong to us. 15-day 100% money-back warranties for all items sold on consignment. All items/equipment being returned must be accompanied by clear video evidence demonstrating the issue with the product. Warranty returns not including video proof may be denied. Any physical damage caused by misuse of the product after purchase/delivery is not covered under warranty. Refunds issued through debit or credit cards may take up to 7 business days to fully process, depending on your bank.
Deliveries
Deliveries to be negotiated or unavailable. Delivery fees are based on price, size, and distance of travel. Door drop off only. 50 miles maximum distance.
Consignment
All items sold in store charge a 35% - 50% commission of the final sale. All items sold outside of store charge a 15% commission of the final sale.
